We have ambitious expansion plans for PREMIER SUITES and are actively seeking new locations in key cities across Europe through acquisitions, leasing and management contracts. The PREMIER SUITES brand is underpinned by an experienced team of hospitality professionals who assist every step of the way, from sales and marketing to brand identity, operational standards to revenue management and digital marketing.  Our franchising model offers flexibility in both build, design and layout. We have a number of important criteria which are taken into consideration when reviewing new development opportunities. These include:

Proximity to good public transport

Sites must have easy access and be within close proximity to airports, train and bus stations.

Good road access

Sites must be easily accessible by car and situated within easy reach of major road networks.

Proximity to commercial demand generators

Our business mix is primarily corporate with up to 60% of our clients staying longer than 30 days. It is vital that our developments are located close to business parks, financial centres and manufacturing plants as these hubs drive demand for extended stay accommodation.

Proximity to leisure facilities

Our guests enjoy getting out and about so our developments must be situated within walking distance to shops, restaurant, bars and places of interest.

Access to schools and colleges

Many of our guests are relocating and will have young children who need access to good schools and colleges.

Building specification

PREMIER SUITES developments should have 50 units or more with a dedicated reception area and coffee corner for residents. They must have access to enterprise grade Wi-Fi. Meeting rooms and a residents dry gym are also preferable.
