In addition to the measures in place to mitigate the potential spread of Covid-19, our self contained apartments offer a safer alternative to the traditional hotel room, offering: 

  • A fully fitted kitchen, allowing guests to dine in privacy
  • Grocery and restaurant order delivery

  • Out-of-hours on call service
  • A living room and space to work, teamed with reliable Wi-Fi
  • Self-check-in available, so face-to-face contact with our staff can be avoided
  • A weekly housekeeping service. We also offer no contact housekeeping packs, supplying fresh towels, linen and toiletries to the door, allowing guests to maintain isolation
  • Our solo initiative, ensuring guest security, while travelling solo. Where possible, room allocation will not be on the bottom floor / at the end of corridors and we will be on hand to ensure that guests are comfortable with the location, facilities and services available
  • Pet friendly apartments, for all extended stay guests (excess of 28 consecutive nights). Our comprehensive pet policy ensures all apartments are completely deep cleaned on departure
  • Our Wellbeing programme, encouraging guests to maintain their healthy eating and fitness routines, in their own time and privacy. Yoga mats are available to purchase, and guests can watch tailored mobility and resistance exercise videos to complete in the comfort of their apartment. Running maps are also available
  • Since we have a high number of long-stay guests there is less turnover of transient guests staying for 1-off stays


We will liaise with guests to get a list of their requirements e.g. groceries, medical needs, extra linen, etc. All items requested by the guests (throughout self-isolation) will be left outside the door for the guest to take, whilst wearing a mask. As our apartments are self-catering the guest should be comfortable during this time in the apartment.
